Our Ideal Vendors

We are looking to partner with professional, passionate, and high-quality food entrepreneurs. We are curating a diverse lineup and welcome all types of cuisine. We require that our vendors:

• Are fully licensed and permitted by the City of Killeen and Bell County.

• Maintain a clean and professional-looking truck, trailer, or cart.

• Are committed to providing excellent food and great customer service.

The Details: Rates & Requirements

We believe in a straightforward and transparent partnership.

• Monthly Rent: $600 per month.

• Lease Term: We offer an initial 3-month lease term to get started.

• Operating Schedule: Vendors are required to operate a minimum of five (5) days per week to ensure the court is a reliable destination for customers.

• Insurance: All vendors are required to maintain their own Commercial General Liability insurance policy.

• Permits: All vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary city, county, and state permits.
