We are a professionally managed court with a team dedicated to creating a clean, safe, and successful environment for our vendor partners. We are looking to partner with professional, passionate, and high-quality food entrepreneurs. We are curating a diverse lineup and welcome all types of cuisine. We require that our vendors:
Are fully licensed and permitted by the City of Killeen and Bell County.
Maintain a clean and professional-looking truck, trailer, or cart.
Are committed to providing excellent food and great customer service.
We believe in a straightforward and transparent partnership.
Monthly Rent: $600 per month.
Lease Term: We offer an initial 3-month lease term to get started.
Operating Schedule: Vendors are required to operate a minimum of five (5) days per week to ensure the court is a reliable destination for customers.
Insurance: All vendors are required to maintain their own Commercial General Liability insurance policy.
Permits: All vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary city, county, and state permits.
We are now accepting applications for our Grand Opening on August 1st, 2025! Spaces are limited and will be curated to ensure a diverse and high-quality lineup.
